Housing is a basic human need and you have a responsibility when helping clients buy or sell real estate to protect that basic need. Discrimination in housing is unacceptable. Sometimes it’s overt and sometimes covert. You have obligations under federal, state and local laws as well as Article 10 of the Code of Ethics. This class will discuss real life situations and give you
the tools to handle the public who say things like “Would you buy in this neighborhood if it were you?” “What kind of people live here?”

CLASS NO SHOW Policy: If you do not show up for a class you have registered for, the following no show policy will apply:

First No Show: Email Warning

Second No Show: $25 No Show Fee

Third No Show and all subsequent through 2021: $50 No Show Fee
