Ethics, Agency and Manners are key ingredients to being a “professional” and a lack thereof can break an agent’s reputation. Ethics and agency violations are actionable, but rude behavior isn’t. So how do we handle bad manners? In this lively class you will find out what you can do to elevate your professionalism and that of the industry that is critical to the dream of homeownership. 

CLASS NO SHOW Policy: If you do not show up for a class you have registered for, the following no show policy will apply:

First No Show: Email Warning

Second No Show: $25 No Show Fee

Third No Show and all subsequent through 2021: $50 No Show Fee
