This class has been specially designed to assist the Real Estate Salesperson and Brokers who may be working with Real Estate Investor Clients providing housing. In add or for anyone who is working with Section 8 who would like to enter the real estate investing business model

Learning Objectives:

To provide the real estate professional with an overview of the Section 8 Housing Program and help prepare them to work with both families in need of housing and the property owners and Managers. We will discuss the benefits and requirements from both the Tenant and property owner prospective. Effective property management concepts will be covered including highlights from the “Housing Security and Tenant Protection Act of 2019”.

NO SHOW Policy: If you do not show up for a class you have registered for, the following no show policy will apply:

First No Show: Email Warning

Second No Show: $25 No Show Fee

Third No Show and all subsequent through 2021: $50 No Show Fee
