Topics will include recent laws, rules, regulations, court decisions, DOS guidance, and other issues critical to staying compliant in today’s evolving real estate environment.

Including the Lead Rental Registry, unfair real estate service agreements, institutional investors, disparate impact, immigration status protections in housing, algorithms in rentals, and restrictive covenants.
Recent Court & DOS Decisions
Including updates related to commissions, contracts, discrimination in the sale or rental of real property, landlord/tenant matters, and advertising.

Including the DOS publication on the use of AI in real estate and guidance regarding licensees recommending non-attorney closing companies.
