Dear Code of Ethics Class Registrant,

A reminder that your class starts today, March 25 at 1:00pm and runs until 4:00pm. Please log in ten minutes before the class begins. You'll find the sign-in link at the bottom of this email. Staff or your instructor will record attendance through chat, polls, or roll call. *Please download and or print the attachments for reference during class*

Pay close attention to the participation requirements below. To receive CE Credit you must adhere to the following:

- Camera Visibility: You must be visible on camera throughout the class for credit. No camera = No Credit. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Stationary Participation: Remain in a stationary position and actively engaged. NO DRIVING. NO TALKING ON THE PHONE. NO WALKING AROUND. NO LAYING DOWN.

- Zoom Name: Your Zoom display name must match your actual name.

- Breaks: You will receive breaks, remain logged into the class during breaks. Return from breaks on time.

By meeting these requirements, a certificate will be emailed to you within 3-5 days. Keep these guidelines handy for future reference. Enjoy the class!

This course is designed to meet or exceed New York State Department of State continuing education requirements and to reach the adult learner and is based on the principle that people learn differently. The structure and format of the course depend on a variety of learning techniques in order to reach the broadest variety of learners through variety and participatory exercises. Concepts of the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics are introduced through group discussion, exercises (both group and individual) and case examples.
