This course covers agency in New York, fiduciary duties, advertising regulations, REALTOR® advocacy, safety practices, private property rights, benefits of homeownership, and the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics. You’ll also learn about dispute resolution tools, educational opportunities, and the value of being part of our association.

Fulfills the NAR mandatory Code of Ethics requirement and is required to obtain full REALTOR® status. New Member Orientation must be completed within 120 days of membership application. Also satisfies your ethics requirement for the 2025–2027 cycle and offers one hour of Agency CE.
