Originally from the UES in Manhattan, my family relocated to Red Hook in Dutchess County in the 1970's. Although I did not realize it at that time, I had found my spiritual home. Sometimes we don't realize what we have until we lose it, and that's how the Hudson Valley was for me. There is a spirit here, a vibe unlike any other place I have been. History, beauty, the Hudson River, the Valley, the Catskill Mountains, and soooo much more. It's a perfect moment in time.
